Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
1
Pinnacle Motion PT is a cash-based (out-of-network) clinic. This means no waiting on insurance authorizations, no surprise bills, and no cap on your visits — just individualized, one-on-one care focused entirely on your goals.
Can I still use my insurance benefits?
2
Yes. Upon request, we provide a superbill — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider to check your out-of-network PT benefits.
Yes, HSA and FSA cards are accepted for all services.

Do I need a referral from a physician to get started?
No referral needed. In Colorado, you can see a physical therapist directly (Direct Access). If you'd like, we can also work alongside a referring physician.
What does a session cost?
5
$150 for the Initial Evaluation and $150 for Follow-up Appointments
Why cash-based Physical Therapy?
6
Every session is a full 60 minutes of 1-on-1 time with Dr. Becca — no aides, no double-booking, no rush. Treatment plans are built around your goals, not insurance visit limits.
